RGNIYD Invites Application for Training Associate Recruitment 2022

Applications are invited from eligible candidates for engagement as Training Associate (On Contract):

3. Place of posting:

RGNIYD, Sriperumbudur, Tamil Nadu and RGNIYD Regional Centre, Rajiv Gandhi University Campus, Rono Hills, Doimukh, Arunachal Pradesh

4. Educational Qualification: Post Graduate in Social Sciences (Preference will be given to candidates with specialisation in youth development)

5. Duties and Responsibilities / Additional Qualification:

a. Knowledge of working in E-Office System and computer applications. 

b. Well versed in communication (both written and oral).

c. Have knowledge of English, Hindi (Read, Write and Spoken) and any other language.

d. Knowledge of local and regional language.

e. Willing to travel to any Centres across the Country.

f. Conducting training programmes across the Country.

g. Preparation of training proposals with budget.

h. Preparation of reports of training.

6. Experience: Preference will be given to candidates with 2-3 years of experience in Training in reputed Institutions / Organisations.

7. Remuneration: Rs.40,000/- per month.

8. Period of Contract:

Initial period of appointment will be 03 months. Depending upon the performance of the candidate (or) the need to keep the post the contract may be extended for a further period on such terms and conditions as the administration of the Institute may decide.

Selection Procedure

1) Shortlisted candidates may have to appear for personal interview.

2) Date and time for the personal interview will be intimated to the applicants through email only.

3) No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview. 

4) No accommodation will be provided in the institute guest house for attending the interview. 

5) Request for change in the date of interview will not be entertained. 

6) Canvasing in any form / bringing in any influence of political or otherwise will be treated as a disqualification for the post. Interim enquiries will not be entertained. If it is found at any stage that any information given in the application is incorrect / false, the candidature / appointment is liable to be cancelled / terminated. 

7) The selected candidates will be required to join immediately.
