Rashtriya Raksha University Invites Application for Director Recruitment 2022

Rashtriya Raksha University invites an expression of interest for a highly fulfilling and satisfying assignment of Director in the Directorate of Indigenisation Innovation and Start-up from the interested candidate.

1. Position: Director (DIIS)

2. Educational Qualification & Experience: Bachelors in Technology (Mechanical, Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical or Electronics) and MBA/PGD in Management with any discipline from a recognized university with knowledge of Startup ecosystem and commensurate with National Security objectives with minimum 10 years of experience in the relevant filed.

3. Monthly Remuneration to be offered: INR 1,15,000/- to INR 1,20,000/-

4. Contract Period: Initially for 1 year, the contract period may be renewable as per the needs of the University and the performance of an employee.

5. Essential skills and abilities

a) Product Design & Development

b) Technology Transfer & other IPR related activities

c) Innovations, Incubations, Entrepreneurship and Start-ups Funded Research Projects

d) Strong understanding of local, national, and global Start-up ecosystems

e) Adequate knowledge of IPR policies and patent filing

f) Knowledge of creation of Infrastructure, Policies, Processes, and Frameworks for Incubation and Start-ups

g) Knowledge of business plan development, strategic partnership, market analysis, and company registrations

h) Knowledge of SSI/MSME registration

i) Strong communicative and analytical skills

j) Should possess administrative, managerial, and leadership skills

k) Ability to work independently and provide vision to the incubate companies and Start-ups

l) Ability to liaise with other Incubation center of Govt. 

m) Ability to guide and encourage student participation in startups.

Selection Procedure

The short-listed candidates will be called for interviews (online/offline as per prevailing Covid-19 situation) after a due screening of the applications in 3 rd or 4th week of May 2022.
