Eligibility Criteria

Eligibility for Project Research Scientist I

  • Essential: PhD in Chemistry, Biological Sciences, or Allied disciplines, with a strong record of scientific publications. Candidates who have submitted their doctoral thesis are also eligible to apply.
  • Experience: Strong skills in Synthetic organic chemistry. Previous experience in molecular biology and cell biology will be taken as advantage.
  • Desirable: Interest in interdisciplinary science.

Eligibility for Project Technical Support–III

  • Essential: Master’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, or related fields.
  • Experience: Good foundational knowledge in chemistry or biology.
  • Desirable: Interest in supporting laboratory research activities.

Salary / Stipend

Project Research Scientist I: Rs. ₹61,600/- pm (₹56,000/- pm + 10% HRA @ ₹5,600/-) based on qualifications and experience.

Project Technical Support–III: Rs. ₹30,800/- pm (₹28,000/- pm + 10% HRA @ ₹2,800/-) based on qualifications and experience.
