Educational Qualification: Any Post Graduate
RAV intends to engage, the services of ‘Young Professionals’ on contractbasis for a period of one year. The services may be curtained or extended at thediscretion of the Competent Authority on need basis and subject to performance of the individual. The requisite qualification and other conditions are as detailed below:-

4. Essential Qualifications: Graduates in Ayurveda/Public Health etc. as per Young Professional Scheme.
5. Desirable: Post Graduates in Ayurveda/Public Health etc.
6. Consolidated Remuneration: Rs. 40,000/- Month
7. Place of Work: Rashtriya Ayurveda Vidyapeeth, Dhanwantri Bhawan, Road No. – 66, Punjabi Bagh (West), New Delhi-110026
8. Job description & responsibility: Young professionals will be required to provide high quality inputs in disciplines like Ayurveda/Public Health etc. This would require demonstration of proven academic credentials, professional achievements and leadership qualities on the part of the aspirants.
The appointments to the above posts will be purely on contract basis and will not confer any right for regular appointment in the Ministry/Organisation.

Selection Procedure
The selection to the above post will be made on the basis of a walk-in- interview/Video Conferencing to be held at Rashtriya Ayurveda Vidyapeeth, Dhanwantri Bhawan, Road No. – 66, Punjabi Bagh (West), New Delhi – 110 026, the date will be informed shortly through RAV website.

Rashtriya Ayurveda Vidyapeeth (RAV), an autonomous organization under the Ministry of Ayush, Govt. of India was constituted in 1988 with the objective of reviving classical practical and textual knowledge of Ayurveda through ancient Gurukula method of learning. The targeted learners here are the fresh graduates and post-graduates of Ayurveda still desirous of making themselves more proficient in classical Ayurvedic practices and principles.
MRAV (Member of Rashtriya Ayurveda Vidyapeeth) and CRAV (Certificate of Rashtriya Ayurveda Vidyapeeth) are two such courses that have been started by RAV to fulfill the objectives of making Ayurvedic students more versed in classical, practical and textual knowledge. So far 1549 and 71 students have completed their CRAV and MRAV respectively. For the session 2022-23, 218 students are being trained under 83 Gurus under the CRAV Course. Students receive practical training in various disciplines of Ayurveda under the guidance of RAV impaneled gurus of Ayurveda throughout the country.
