RFCL Recruitment 2022 for Consultant, Senior Consultant

RFCL, a Joint Venture of NFL, EIL& FCIL requires One -Sr. Consultant (Chemical Lab) , One - Consultant (Chemical Lab) and One Consultant (Production dept.) purely on contract basis for a period of six months extendable on need basis at the sole discretion of Management for its Fertilizer Manufacturing Unit at Ramagundam (Telangana) as per details given below:

1. Position: Sr. Consultant (Chemical Lab)

2. No of Post: 01

3. Professional fee: Incumbents will be engaged as Sr. Consultant Consultant purely on contract basis initially for a period of six months extendable on need basis on fixed consolidated monthly professional fee as tabulated below inclusive of TDS, but excluding GST, as may be applicable plus free transit accommodation at Unit including water and electricity, with no other benefits.

a) Rs. 1.10/- lakhs

4. Eligibility: 

(a) Officers retired/ retiring up to 30th June, 2022 from PSU's from the level of Senior Manager (E5) leve. i.e. Rs. 32900-58000 (old pay scale), Rs. 80000-220000 (revised pay scale) from Fertilizer industry or having relevant experience in Gas-based Urea manufacturing fertilizers sector after attaining 60 years of age. OR From the level of Manager (E4) level i.e. 29100-54500 (old pay scale)), Rs. 70000-200000 (revised pay scale)from Fertilizer industry or having relevant experience in Gas-based Urea manufacturing fertilizers sector after attaining 60 years of age.

(b) Officers retired/ retiring up to 30th June, 2022 from autonomous bodies from the Managerial cadre having CTC should not be less than 15.41 lakhs, from Fertilizer industry or having relevant experience in Gas-based Urea manufacturing fertilizers sector autonomous bodies after attaining 60 years of age.

5. Experience: Prospective candidate should have hands on experience as described below

a. Chemical Lab: - Prospective candidate should have hands on experience in Chemical Lab department of "Gas based Ammonia/ Urea complex of Fertilizers Industries. The candidate should. be well versed with safety aspects of the Ammonia/ Urea Plant.

b. Production:- Prospective candidate should have hands on experience of "Operation of a Gas based reforming process Ammonia complex" of Fertilizers Industries. The candidate should be well versed with field operation/DCS operation, in depth knowledge of Ammonia process and safety aspecis of the Ammonia/ Urea Plant

6. Place of work: The incumbents will be required to work at Ramagundam Unit. However, individual can be transferred to other location as per Company's requlrement Incumbent shall be entitled for Travelling Allowance etc. as per TA rules applicable to category at which incumbent retired from his/her parent Organization for travel on tours for ofcial purposes in India /abroad as applicable. However, no joining TA, etc. wil be payable.

7. Responsibility: Incumbents will be responsible for carrying out all the follwing activities:

a. Consultant (Production): - Feld/DCS Operations of Ammonia Steam reforming process

b. Sr. consultant/ Consultant (Chemical Lab): - Analysis of Gases, water, Urea, Steam, Effluent empty HDPE Bags and other sample related to neem coated urea manufacturing plant.

Rs. 24900-50500 (old pay scale), Rs. 60000-180000 (revised pay scale), fertlizer industry or having relevant experience in Gas-based Urea manufacturing fertilizers sector PSU /autonomous bodies after attaining 60 years of age.

(b) Officers retired/ retiring up to 30th June, 2022 from autonomous bodies from Managerial Cadre having CTC should not be less than 11.01 lakhs, from Fertilizer industry or having relevant experience in Gas-based Urea manufacturing fertilizers sector autonomous bodies after attaining 60 years of age.
