Educational Qualification: Fresh PhD in Physics with specialization in Quantum Optics / Optical Engineering /Optics / Laser Spectroscopy / Photonics/ other related areas. Candidates with a training in both theory and experiments in the above areas are encouraged to apply. Preference shall be given to candidates with an experimental background and training in optics and/or atomic and molecular physics.

The Saha Institute of Nuclear Physics (SINP) is an institute of basic research and training in physical and biophysical sciences located in Bidhannagar, Kolkata.
