4. Eligibility Criteria: Deputation: Officers under the Central Government :

(a) (i) holding analogous posts; or (ii) With five years regular service in posts in level 4 in the pay matrix.

(b) Possessing Intermediate (12th Standard pass from the recognised board) with diploma in photography from a recognised institute and two years experience as cameraman;

(c) having diploma in cinematography

5. Desirable: Two years experience in handling Still, Video and Movie Cameras.
