The candidate should be well-versed in Quantum Mechanics, Statistical Physics and Condensed Matter Physics at the Masters level (a Masters project in Quantum Mechanics or Condensed Matter Theory would be ideal), and would be preferred if they additionally have some exposure to Classical Chaos and Nonlinear Dynamics, either via a Course or a Research Project, but it is not mandatory.

The candidate should preferably have some programming experience in a standard Programming Language Fortran 95/C++/Python etc. and some familiarity with Mathematica software.
