Eligibility Criteria

Eligibility for Guest Faculty

  • Essential: The qualification for Guest Faculty shall be the same as those prescribed for regular Assistant Professors of Universities/ Colleges in UGC Regulations.
  • Experience: Refer to official notification.
  • Desirable: Candidates must be enrolled in the latest Adhoc Panel of the respective department of the University of Delhi. Superannuated teachers may also be considered (Max age 70 years).

Salary & Age Limit

The Guest Faculty will be paid honorarium of Rs. 1500/- per lecture subject to a maximum of Rs. 50,000/- per month. The maximum age limit is 70 years (as on 12-01-2026).

Selection Process

Selection will be based on a Walk-in-Interview.
