Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification
- Assistant Communication Officer (Brand Content & Marketing):
MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing or equivalent. Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience in brand management, content marketing, social media, campaign management and paid media. B2B/institutional marketing experience preferred. - Assistant Communication Officer (Website & Martech):
Graduate degree in Engineering/Computer Science or MBA (Marketing Analytics, Digital Marketing). Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience in website management, SEO, analytics, digital experience and Martech. Experience with CMS, CRM, GA4, Search Console, marketing automation, SEO platforms and BI tools preferred. - Audit Consultant:
Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) from ICAI, or Qualified Cost and Management Accountant (CMA) from ICMAI, or M.Com with minimum 55% marks.
Experience: CA/CMA candidates require minimum 2 years in audit/operational areas. M.Com candidates require minimum 3 years audit experience.
Selection Process & Screening Clause
The selection process will be conducted as follows:
- Shortlisting of Applications: Applications will be screened based on eligibility and experience.
- Online Personal Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be called for an online interview.
- Final Merit: The merit list will be prepared based on interview scores only.
