Educational Qualification:
Research Associate (RA): Ph.D. or Equivalent degree in Physics/Electronics/Opto-electronic /Semi-Conductor processing/ Laser Optics /RF Electronics/Material Science/Semi-conductor devices processing/Quantum Technology OR M.E /M.TECH with 3 year Research Experience in the field of semiconductor materials and devices, fabrication and characterization/ Simulation/ measurement of compound - semiconductor devices/ Laser Optics /RF Electronics/ Semi conductor devices processing and measurement/ Epitaxial growth of Semi conductors/ Quantum Technology from a recognized Institutions/ University supported by publications in journals of high impact factor.
Junior Research Fellowship (JRF): Post-Graduation degree in Physics/ Electronics / Material Science/ Chemistry /Opto-electronics /Semi-Conductor processing/ Laser Optics /RF Electronics / Semi conductor devices processing/ Quantum Technology with First division with NET /GATE (Valid) OR Graduate degree BE / B.Tech with first division with NET/GATE qualification OR Post Graduate degree ME / M.Tech in any discipline related to Microwave radio frequency/ integrated circuits/ VLSI/ Engineering/ Physics/ Solid State Physics/ materials and any other field related to SSPL activities with first division’ at both Graduate and Post Graduate level.

37000-67000/- Per Month
