The South Indian Bank Ltd., a Premier Scheduled Commercial Bank in India, invites applications from Indian Nationals for NR Division
1. Post Name: NR Relationship Manager
2. Work Experience: 2 Years (Preferably in NRI sales)
3. Educational Qualification: Any Graduation from a recognized University with a minimum score of 60%
4. Compensation Package: Compensation shall be fixed by the management based on the knowledge and experience of the applicant. Will be eligible for Performance Linked Incentives (PLI) based on performance review on the terms and conditions of the Board approved Performance Linked Incentive Scheme for the respective financial years. All other benefits will be as applicable to the Scale in which the applicants are recruited.
5. Job Description/core Competencies; Acquisition of new to bank NRI clients. Responsible for Acquiring CASA and TD from NTB clients as per the goal sheet targets. Increasing NRI Relationship Value of allocated clients of specified branches. Sourcing fee income from PIS, TPP, Forex Remittance etc. as specified in the goal sheet. Generate new sales leads for NRI customers through referrals from existing clients and through various channels
6. Place Of Posting: Goa / Punjab (Liable for transfer anywhere in India at the sole discretion of the Bank.)

Selection Procedure
1. Initial Shortlisting and Interview: Adequate number of shortlisted applicants will be called for Interview. Mere eligibility will not vest any right on the applicant for being called for Interview. Bank reserves the right to make required modifications in selection process considering number of applications for the post and also decide the number of applicants to be called for Interview. In matters regarding eligibility and selection, Bank’s decision will be final and no further correspondence will be entertained.
