Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

• Post: Deputy Director
• Eligible Candidates: Officers serving under Central Government, State Government, or Union Territory Administrations (including attached or subordinate offices).
• Service Conditions: Must fulfill either: (a) Holding analogous post as Deputy Director (Level-11) or equivalent in parent cadre/department; OR (b) Officers with at least 5 years of regular service in Pay Level-10 (Rs. 56,100–1,77,500).

Selection Process & Screening Clause

• Vigilance Clearance Certificate issued by the Competent Authority.
• No Major or Minor penalty certificate for the last 5 years of service.
• Certificate to the effect that particulars furnished have been verified and found correct as per service records (Annexure-II).
• Cadre Clearance Certificate.
