Applications are invited for the following posts under DSIR (Department of Scientific and Industrial Research), Government of India sponsored research project entitled “EMPOWERMENT OF WOMEN THROUGH SILK AND COCOON BASED HANDICRAFTS (WEALTH FROM SERICULTURAL WASTES)” in the Department of Biosciences and Sericulture Sri Padmavati Mahila Visvavidyalayam (Women’s University), Tirupati- 517502, Andhra Pradesh

3. Emoluments: 16,000/-per month (Consolidated)

4. Project period: 8 months

5. Eligibility: M.Sc. in Sericulture/Botany/Zoology/Biosciences Candidates with good academic record, experience in extension-oriented projects and skill in handicraft making will be given preference Only women candidates need to apply

6. This position is purely temporary andthe appointment will be on contract basis for a period of 8 months

7. Good knowledge of Computer skills is an additional qualification.
