2. Pay Scale and CTC

• Assistant Vice President (IS Audit) - Contractual: Up to ₹50 Lakhs CTC per annum (Fixed:Variable ratio 85:15).
• Deputy Manager (Regular): ₹64,820 – ₹93,960 (Scale MMGS-II). Includes DA, HRA, PF, NPS, LFC, Medical, and other perquisites.
• Probation Period: 1 year for regular posts.

3. Eligibility Criteria (Cut-off: 31 January 2026)

A. Educational Qualification

• Assistant Vice President (IS Audit): BE/BTech/BSc in Computer Science/IT/Electronics (min 50%) OR BCA/MCA OR MTech/MSc in relevant fields. Preferred Certifications: CISA, CISSP, CISM, DISA, ISO 27001 LA, CEH, GIAC.
• Deputy Manager (IS Audit): Same as above.
• Deputy Manager (Chartered Accountant): Chartered Accountant (CA) with active ICAI membership. Preferred: CISA, DISA.

B. Experience Requirements

• AVP (IS Audit): Minimum 6 years post-qualification experience in BFSI/IT/InfoSec Consultancy, including 3 years in IS Audit/Cyber Security Audit.
• DM (IS Audit): Minimum 3 years experience, including 2 years in IS Audit/Cyber Security Audit.
• DM (CA - Internal Audit): Minimum 1 year experience in Statutory/Internal/Concurrent Audit of Banks or with a CA firm handling bank audits.
• Note: Teaching/Training experience is not counted. Experience must be supported by certificates.

C. Age Limit (As on 31.01.2026)

D. Age Relaxation

• SC/ST: 5 years
• OBC (NCL): 3 years
• PwBD (UR/EWS): 10 years
• PwBD (OBC): 13 years
• PwBD (SC/ST): 15 years

4. Selection Process (No Written Exam)

Selection will be strictly based on the following stages:

1. Shortlisting: Based on application details and eligibility criteria.
2. Interview: Candidates shortlisted will be called for an interview (100 marks). Qualifying marks are decided by the Bank.
3. CTC Negotiation: Specific to AVP (Contractual) posts only.
4. Merit List: Prepared based on interview scores. In case of a tie, older candidates are placed higher.
5. Document Verification & Medical Test: Final stage before appointment.
