TNPL, a well known Paper and Paper Board Manufacturing Company having its manufacturing facility at Kagithapuram, Karur District and also at Mondipatti, Trichy District with a turnover of around 4000 plus Crores requires the following personnel for its Integrated Pulp and Paper Board Mill (TNPL Unit-II) at Mondipatti, Manapparai Taluk, Trichy District, Tamilnadu:-

i. Semi Skilled (C) (Chemical) / Semi Skilled (B) (Chemical) for Unit-II: 41

ii. Semi Skilled (D) (Mechanical) / Semi Skilled (C) (Mechanical) for Unit-II: 21

iii. Semi Skilled (D) (Electrician) / Semi Skilled (C) (Electrician) for Unit-II: 12

iv. Semi Skilled (C) (Instrumentation) / Semi Skilled (B) (Instrumentation) (or) Semi Skilled (D) (Instrument Mechanic) / Semi Skilled (C) (Instrument Mechanic) for Unit-II: 10

3. Scale of Pay / Monthly CTC:

i. Semi Skilled (C) (Chemical) / Semi Skilled (B) (Chemical) for Unit-II: For Diploma Holder:- For Semi Skilled (C):- Scale of Pay 11110-139-12500- 146-14690. Monthly CTC 44,538/- for the month of January, 2022.

ii. Semi Skilled (D) (Mechanical) / Semi Skilled (C) (Mechanical) for Unit-II: For Semi Skilled (B):- Scale of Pay 11531-148-13011- 153-15306. Monthly CTC 50,512/- for the month of January, 2022.

iii. Semi Skilled (D) (Electrician) / Semi Skilled (C) (Electrician) for Unit-II: For NTC (ITI) Holder:- For Semi Skilled (D):- Scale of Pay 10880-127-12150- 133-14145. Monthly CTC 43,830/- for the month of January, 2022.

iv. Semi Skilled (C) (Instrumentation) / Semi Skilled (B) (Instrumentation) (or) Semi Skilled (D) (Instrument Mechanic) / Semi Skilled (C) (Instrument Mechanic) for Unit-II: For Semi Skilled (C):- Scale of Pay 11110-139-12500- 146-14690. Monthly CTC 48,834/- for the month of January, 2022.

4. Qualification : 

i. First Class full time Diploma in Chemical Engineering / Chemical Technology/ Pulp & Paper Technology.

ii. SSLC with NTC in Fitter Trade with not less than 60% of marks and National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC).

iii. SSLC with NTC in Electrician Trade with not less than 60% of marks and National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC).

iv. First Class full time Diploma in Instrumentation Engineering / Instrumentation Technology / Instrumentation and Control Engineering / Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering. (or) SSLC with NTC in Instrument Mechanic Trade with not less than 60% of marks and National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC).

5. Experience :

a. For Semi Skilled (C):- Should have minimum 5 years of post qualification experience as on 01/01/2022

i. For Semi Skilled (B):- Should have minimum 10 years of post qualification experience as on 01/01/2022 in the operation and process control of High Speed Paper Machines / Board Machines, Paper/Board converting section consisting of rewinders, sheeters, cut-pack lines, ream wrapping, pallet wrapping, shrink bundling etc., Stock Preparation, Chemical additive Plant / Colour Coating Kitchen of Paper / Paper Board Machines, Chemical / Mechanical / Deinked Pulp Mills, Soda Recovery Plant with causticizers / Lime Kiln and Chlorine dioxide plant.

b. For Semi Skilled (D):- Should have minimum 5 years of post qualification experience as on 01/01/2022

ii. For Semi Skilled (C):- Should have minimum 10 years of post qualification experience as on 01/01/2022 in the maintenance / overhauling / servicing of various rotating equipments like different types of pumps, blowers, agitators, turbines, compressors, gear reducers, refiners, mixers etc., different types of conveying equipments and other equipments installed in connection with manufacturing activities in a large size manufacturing industry or power plants.

c. For Semi Skilled (D):- Should have minimum 5 years of post qualification experience as on 01/01/2022

iii. For Semi Skilled (C):- Should have minimum 10 years of post qualification experience as on 01/01/2022 in the installation, operation and maintenance of various electrical equipments like motors, transformers, High voltage Breakers, Power / Motor control centers, variable frequency drives, PLCs, Industrial lighting, cable termination and testing, motor rewinding, maintenance of different types of hand tools / electrical appliances etc., in a large size continuous process / manufacturing Industry or power plants.

d. For Diploma Holder:- For Semi Skilled (C):- Should have minimum 5 years of post qualification experience as on 01/01/2022 For Semi Skilled (B):- Should have minimum 10 years of post qualification experience as on 01/01/2022

e. For NTC (ITI) Holder):- For Semi Skilled (D):- Should have minimum 5 years of post qualification experience as on 01/01/2022 For Semi Skilled (C):- Should have minimum 10 years of post qualification experience as on 01/01/2022
