Educational Qualification:
Executive Director - Operations: Candidates Should have Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science with a PG Diploma in Pulp & Paper Technology. Minimum 32 years of experience in large-scale manufacturing/engineering industries, preferably in pulp and paper industries.
General Manager - Finance: Candidates Should have CA/CMA qualification with 29 years of post-qualification experience.
Management Trainee - HR: Candidates Should have Full-time Engineering/Arts/Science degree and a 1st Class Master’s degree in HR-related fields such as MA (Social Work), MSW, or MBA (HR). Freshers are eligible.
Management Trainee - Plantation: Candidates Should have Full-time B.Sc. in Agriculture, Forestry, or Horticulture with specific marks criteria for different communities. Freshers are eligible.
