Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification: Post-specific as detailed in the vacancy tables. All qualifications must be from institutions recognized by AICTE/appropriate statutory authority/Central/State Government. Candidates with equivalent qualifications must provide an Equivalency Certificate.
- Experience: Post-qualification experience, reckoned as on 01.09.2026. Experience certificates must clearly indicate dates and nature of duties. Work experience obtained from contractors (Proprietary/Partnership firms) requires Principal Employer's endorsement.
- Age Limit: Assistant Manager & Workmen: Max 30 years (born on/after 02.09.1996). Supervisor: Max 45 years (born on/after 02.09.1981). Relaxations for SC/ST/OBC/Ex-Servicemen/PwBD as per Government guidelines.
- Application Fee: ₹400 (Assistant Manager); ₹300 (Supervisor/Workmen). SC/ST candidates exempted for all posts; PwBD candidates exempted for Supervisor/Workmen posts.
- Selection Process: Varies by post group:
- Assistant Manager: Objective Test (50 marks) + PowerPoint Presentation (30 marks) + Interview (20 marks).
- Supervisor: Written Test (Objective 40 marks + Descriptive 40 marks) + PowerPoint Presentation (20 marks).
- Workmen: Objective Test + Descriptive/Practical Test as applicable.
