Educational Qualification:
Junior Mine Surveyor (Grade-I) in S-3 Grade: Full Time regular Diploma in Mine Survey/Diploma in Mine Engineering/Diploma in mining & Mine Surveying/Diploma in Civil Engineering with minimum 60% or equivalent grade from recognized University Institute with Surveyor’s Certificate (Coal) of Competency issued by DGMS.

Junior Mine Surveyor (Grade-II) in S-2 Grade: Full Time regular Diploma in Mine Survey/Diploma in Mine Engineering/Diploma in Mining & Mine Surveying/ Diploma in Civil Engineering with minimum 60% or equivalent grade from recognized University/Institute with Surveyor’s Certificate (Coal) of Competency issued by DGMS.

Junior Overman (Grade-I) in S-3 Grade: Full Time regular Diploma in Mining Engineering from with minimum 60% or equivalent grade from recognized University/Institute & Overman’s Certificate of Competency in Coal issued by DGMS.

Junior Overman (Grade-II) in S-2 Grade: Full Time regular Diploma in Mining Engineering from with minimum 60% or equivalent grade from recognized University/Institute & Overman’s Certificate of Competency in Coal issued by DGMS.

Pay Scale:
INR
29400-119500/- Per Month

Age Limit: Maximum 36 Years.

Selection Procedure: please refer to official notification.

Application Fee: Rs. 600/- (Rupees Six Hundred Only) shall be payable by candidates belonging to UR/EWS/OBC category through online mode. No fee for SC/ST/PwBDs/Ex-Servicemen/Departmental candidates/Candidates belonging to Doob Kshetra/ Project Affected Area Families of THDC Projects.

THDC India Limited (THDCIL) is a premier power sector Public Sector Enterprise (PSE) and a consistently profit-making company. It was incorporated as a Public Limited Company in July 1988 under the Companies Act, 1956, with the primary mandate of developing, operating, and maintaining the 2400 MW Tehri Hydro Power Complex. Recognizing its operational excellence and strategic importance, the Government of India conferred "Mini Ratna - Category I" status on THDCIL in October 2009, followed by an upgrade to a Schedule 'A' PSU in July 2010.

Originally, the equity of the Company was held in the ratio of 75:25 between the Government of India and the Government of Uttar Pradesh (GoUP). Pursuant to a strategic disinvestment, a Share Purchase Agreement was signed on 25th March 2020 between NTPC Limited and the President of India for the acquisition of the Government of India's stake. As a result, THDCIL became a subsidiary of NTPC Limited, with the equity now held by NTPC Limited and GoUP in the ratio of 74.496% and 25.504%, respectively.
