The Directorate of Education, UT Administration of Dadra & Nagar Haveli and Daman & Diu under Samagra Shiksha, a Centrally Sponsored Scheme (CSS), invites applications from the eligible candidates to engage Primary and Upper Primary School Teachers purely on Short Term Contract (STC) Basis for Government Schools on a consolidated monthly remuneration of Rs. 22,000/- (Twenty Two Thousand Only) for Primary and Rs. 23,000/- (Twenty Three Thousand Only) for Upper Primary School.

4. Minimum Qualification:-

a. Senior Secondary (class XII pass) with at least 50% marks and 2 years Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known) OR Senior Secondary (Class XII pass) with at least 45% marks and 2 year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known), in accordance with the NCTE (Recognition Norms and Procedure) Regulations, 2002.

b. OR Senior Secondary (Class XII pass) with at least 50% marks and 4 year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.E1.Ed.). OR Senior Secondary (Class XII pass) with at least 50% marks and 2 year Diploma in Education (Special Education). Or OR

c. Graduation and 2 years Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known) OR Graduation with at least 50% marks and Bachelor or Education (B. Ed.) The candidate should have studied in the concerned medium at Secondary level. Note: Not Applicable for language subjects viz. Gujarati/Marathi/Hindi/English and etc.

5. Essential-Qualification:- The candidate should have passed the Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) conducted by Central Government OR any State Govt. in India in accordance with the Guidelines framed by the NCTE for the purpose.

a. B.A./B.Sc./B.Com. and 2 years Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known) OR B.A./B.Sc./B.Com. with atleast 50% marks and one year Bachelor in Education (B.Ed.) OR B.A./B.Sc./B.Com. with atleast 45% marks and one year Bachelor in Education (B.Ed.) in accordance with the NCTE (Recognition norms and Procedure) Regulations issued from time to time in this regards OR

b. Senior Secondary (Class XII Pass) with atleast 50% marks and 04 years Bachelor in Elementary Education (B.E1.Ed.) OR Senior Secondary (Class XII Pass) with atleast 50% marks and 04 years B.A. Ed. / B.Sc. Ed./B.Com. Ed. OR B.A./B.Sc./B.Com. with atleast 50% marks and B.Ed (Special Education)

8. Essential Qualification:- The candidate should have passed the Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) conducted by Central Government OR other State Govt. in the respective subject in accordance with the Guidelines framed by the NCTE for purpose.
