Educational Qualification: M.Sc, M.E/M.Tech

1. Post Name: State Project Manager (Bhubaneshwar) (NPSA9)

2. Degree Level: Advanced/Postgraduate Degree

3. Contract Duration: 1 Year with Possibility for extension

4. Education: Master’s degree from a recognized institution in environmental science/engineering/ sustainable development/ Social sciences/ public policy.

5. Experience: A minimum of 2 years of relevant post Masters experience of development programmes on environment like natural resource management, watershed programmes, etc. At least 2 years of work experience in Odisha at a programme management level is essential Experience on climate change programmes would be as asset Experience of working with Central and/or State Governments/ NGOs/ Civil Society on similar assignments will be preferred.

a. Familiarity with the working environment and professional standards of international organizations and national and State Governments. Experience in the usage of computers and office software packages, experience in handling of web-based management systems

6. Language requirements: Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English and Hindi is mandatory.
