Skills / Eligibility

IUCAA invites applications from highly motivated researchers for its Post-Doctoral Position in the field of spectral and timing properties of high energy emission from X-ray binaries and/or Active Galactic Nuclei at IUCAA.

1. Position: Post-Doctoral Position

2. Qualification: The candidate should have experience in analyzing and interpreting spectral and timing data from AstroSat and other observatories. Knowledge of scripting, creating high level data analysis tools and theoretical computation will be preferred. The postdoc would also be expected to help and teach Ph.D students.

6. The last date for submitting referees reports is May 14, 2022. Please ensure that your referees get adequate time to submit their confidential assessment reports.
