Skills / Eligibility

Applications are invited on plain paper for one post of a Research Assistant in the DST funded research project, "Understanding role of PRMT4 mediated Neuropeptide Y gene regulation in the amygdala during natural reward and reinforcement". Research Assistant (01) position is purely on a temporary basis for a period of one year, likely to be extended till the completion of the project at the Department of Zoology, Savitribai Phule Pune University. The details are as follows:

1. Post Name: Research Assistant

2. No of Post: 1

3. Salary: Rs. 20,000 + 24% HRA

4. Qualification: M.Sc. in Biotechnology/ Zoology /Microbiology/M. pharm with 55% minimum marks or equivalent CGPA of the credit-based system.

5. Desirable Qualifications: The candidates with demonstrated experience in animal handling and experimentation shall be preferred. However, this does not guarantee the position.

6. Emoluments: 24800/- pm consolidated

7. Duration: 1 year
