UPUMS Invites Application for Multi Tasking Staff Recruitment 2021

1. Candidates have to download the application form from the UPUMS, Saifai website and submit the same filled up completely accompanied by a self -attested Xerox copy of the certificates and documents. The duly filled application form along with certified copies of relevant documents should be sent either1. Through speed post/registered post to In-charge Recruitment Cell, Administrative Block, UPUMS, Saifai, Etawah-206130 (UP) India. Or

2. Scanned and e-mailed to [email protected] Last date for receipt of application is 22 December, 2021 5:00 pm

3. The application envelope (super-scribed)/email subject matter should be as – “Application for the contractual post of (name of the post applied for) in VRDL, UPUMS,Saifai.”

4. It is the sole responsibility of the candidate to track the application and the UPUMS is not responsible for any postal delay.

5. The candidate needs to submit the application as per the format. No change in serial no. order and the heading of the column to be made. Annexures may be added as separate sheets if required.

6. The application in the said format is to be properly typed and signed.

7. Two recent self- signed passport sized colour photographs are to be attached with stapled/pinned on the first page of the proforma format.

8. One set of self- attested xerox copies of all relevant certificates, the first page of all scientific publications (Only PUBMED indexed), and experiences if any must be attached with the application form.
