Eligibility Criteria

Eligibility for All Posts

• Essential Qualification: The candidate must have passed the 12th grade from any board established by law in India or possess an equivalent qualification recognized by the government. The required educational qualification must be held at the time of application.
• Ineligibility: Candidates who are "Appeared" or "Appearing" are not eligible for the application.
• Preference: Additional qualifications such as an “O” level computer certificate from DOEACC/NIELIT, two years of service in the Territorial Army, or a "B" certificate from the National Cadet Corps will be given preference in case of a tie in marks. These additional qualifications are for preference purposes only and will not carry separate marks.

Age Limit & Relaxation

• Male Candidates: 18 to 22 years (as of 01-07-2025). Candidates must have been born between 02 July 2003 and 01 July 2007.
• Female Candidates: 18 to 25 years (as of 01-07-2025). Candidates must have been born between 02 July 2000 and 01 July 2007.
• Relaxation: Age relaxation of 5 years is applicable for candidates from SC/ST, OBC, Uttar Pradesh state employees, etc., and for ex-servicemen based on their service period.

Salary/Stipend

Rs 21,700 to 69,100 (Pay Level-3).

• General / EWS / OBC candidates: ₹500/
• SC / ST candidates: ₹400/

Selection Process

1. Written Exam: Offline objective type exam (300 marks, 150 questions, 2 hours, OMR-based). Covers General Knowledge, General Hindi, Numerical and Mental Ability, Mental Aptitude, Intelligence, and Logical Ability. Minimum passing marks: UR 30%, EWS/OBC 25%, SC/ST 20%.
2. Physical Standard Test (PST): Qualifying in nature. Includes height, chest (for males), and weight (for females) standards. Minimum chest expansion of 5 cm mandatory for males.
3. Physical Efficiency Test (PET): Men: 4.8 km in 25 minutes; Women: 2.4 km in 14 minutes.
4. Document Verification & Medical Exam: Based on written exam marks, reservation policy, and merit-cum-order of preference.

How to Apply

1. Candidates must complete One Time Registration (OTR) before applying online using a unique email ID and mobile number.
2. OTR is validated via Aadhaar-based OTP. Candidates are advised to update their Aadhaar and mobile number.
3. Log in on the official website and complete the online application form.
4. Upload necessary documents via scanning or DigiLocker. Government employees must upload a "No Objection Certificate".
5. Pay the application fee online.
6. During the application, a real-time photograph will be taken.
7. Candidates must choose the order of preference for posts; no changes allowed later.
