Eligibility Criteria

Eligibility for Marine Engineer (on contract)

  • Essential Qualification: MOT 1st Class Motor certificate issued under Merchant Shipping Act 1958.
  • Experience: One year post-qualification experience as Chief Engineer or 2nd Engineer on board a foreign-going ship.
  • Age: Candidates should be between 40 to 58 years of age as on the date of Walk-in-Interview.
  • Medical Fitness: Must be certified medically fit by the CMO/PA.

Salary & Stipend

Selected candidates will receive a consolidated remuneration of Rs. 94,000/- (Rupees Ninety Four Thousand only) per month.

Selection Process

Selection will be based on a Walk-in-Interview.
