1. Develop and maintain University's image and identity.
2. Manage all external communications to media & press.
3. Identify main client groups and audiences and determine the best way to communicate publicity information to them.
4. Maintaining wide network of public figures.
5. Write interesting and effective press releases.
6. Evaluate advertising and promotion programs for compatibility with public relations efforts.
7. Guest care.
8. Manage special events, programmes or other activities in order to gain public attention through the media
