Educational Qualification:
Project Director: He should be at least a graduate Engineer with a minimum of 20 years of experience in the power sector, out of which at least 10 years shall be in the design or supervision of transmission line and substation projects.
Substation Design Engineer: He should be at least a graduate Electrical Engineer with minimum 15 years of experience in power sector, out of which at least 10 years shall be in design of grid substations of 132kV or above.
Transmission Line Design Engineer: He should be at least a graduate Electrical Engineer with minimum 15 years of experience in power sector, out of which at least 10 years shall be in designing of power transmission line projects of 132kV or above.
Transmission System SCADA Expert: He should be at least a graduate Engineer with minimum experience in design of SCADA system for at least Two (02) Grid Substations and their integration with the transmission SCADA System.
Project Manager: The Project Manager should be at least a graduate Electrical Engineer with minimum 12 years of experience in construction/supervision of Power Transmission Line & Sub Station projects, out of which at least 3 years’ experience should be as Team Leader or Project Manager.
