Educational Qualification:
Team Leader and Urban Management Specialist: Min Master’s degree in Environmental/ Public Health Engineering/ Project Management/ Urban Planning or equivalent.

Project Coordinator: Minimum Master’s Degree in Water Resources/Public Health Engineering/ Engineering Management/ Project Management or Equivalent.

Deputy Team Leader and Public Health Expert: Min Master’s degree in Environmental/ Public Health Engineering.

Deputy Team Leader and Civil Infrastructure Expert: Min Master’s degree in Civil Engineering/ Structural Engineering/ Construction Management.

Procurement Expert: Master’s degree in Civil/ Environmental/ Public Health Engineering/ Administration with Minimum 15 Years’ Experience.

Water Supply System and Water Treatment Expert: Master’s degree in Environmental/ Public Health Engineering or equivalent with Minimum 15 Years’ Experience in Public Health Engineering.

Sewerage System and Sewage Treatment Expert: Master’s degree in Environmental/ Public Health Engineering or equivalent with Minimum 15 Years’ Experience in Public Health Engineering.

Urban Designer/Planner: Master’s degree in Urban Planning (Specialization in Urban Planning & Design).

Urban Transport Planner Expert: Master’s degree in Transportation Engineering.

MIS Specialist: Master’s degree/Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or IT/MCA.

GIS Specialist: Post Graduate Degree in Remote Sensing/GIS Application preferably 5 years post qualification relevant experience in GIS application in two or more cities/towns.

Economic/Financial Expert: Master's Degree in Economics with 10 years’ experience in similar projects.

Urban Reform and Capacity Building Expert: Master's Degree in Urban Planning or other Equivalent qualification related to policy and reforms.

Infrastructure (Utilities) Expert: Master's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent; with total 15 years of experience in Public Health Engineering.

Structural Specialist: Master's Degree in Structural Engineering..

Environmental Safeguard Expert: Master's Degree in Environmental Sciences.

Social, Gender & Resettlement Expert: Master’s in Sociology or related discipline.

Mechanical Expert: Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering.

Electrical Expert: Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering.

Instrumentation Expert: Bachelor’s in Instrumentation Engineering.

Construction Manager: Graduate in Civil/Structural/Environmental Engineering.

Water Supply System Engineer – Design: Master’s in Civil/Environmental/Public Health Engineering.

Sewerage & Drainage Engineer – Design: Master’s in Civil/Environmental/Public Health Engineering.

Architect/Landscape Specialist: Post-Graduation in Architecture.

Highway Engineer: Master’s in Civil (Transportation).
