Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification
- State Project Manager – Monitoring & Evaluation: Post Graduate Diploma or Master's Degree in Rural Development, Women Studies, Rural Management, or Social Work from a premier institution. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role in research/documentation.
- State Project Manager – Communication & Documentation: Degree in Communications, Media Studies, Information Technology, or equivalent from a premier institution. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role in communication and documentation within rural development.
- Accountant: B.Com (Hons) degree. Preference will be given to candidates with CA (Inter) or ICWA (Inter). Minimum 3 years of accounts experience in Government or Semi-Government organisations. Working knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and MS Word is mandatory.
- Assistant: Graduate in any faculty with demonstrated computer typing proficiency in both Hindi and English. Minimum 3 years of experience in Government, Semi-Government, or organisations of repute. Knowledge of Government procedures and processes is required.

Selection Process & Screening Clause
