Dental Surgeon, Senior Chemist and Various Posts

Number of Vacancy: 148 Posts

Educational Qualification:
Senior Chemist:
(i) holds a Master’s degree in Chemistry or Biochemistry or Dairy Chemistry or Food Technology, Food and Nutrition; or
(ii) holds a degree in Bachelor of Technology in Dairy/ Oil from a recognised University in India or is an associate of the Institution of Chemists (India) by examination in the section of Food Analysts conducted by the Institution of Chemists (India), or any other equivalent qualification recognised and notified by the Central Government for such purposes; and
(iii) has not less than five(5) years of experience in the analysis of food and water; and
(iv) the candidate must be able to speak, read and write in Bengali and in other languages as per extant rules/ orders of the State Government.

Dental Surgeon:
(i) A recognized BDS degree included in the schedule of the Dentists’ Act, 1948 acquired from any Indian University or equivalent qualifications included in the schedule of the Dentists’ Act, 1948:
(ii) Registration as Dental Surgeon in West Bengal State Dental Council or the D.C.I.: Provided that persons registered with any other State Dental Council shall also be eligible subject to the condition that in the event of selection and appointment he shall have to register himself with the West Bengal Dental Council within six months of such appointment.

Dental Surgeon and Clinical Tutor/ Demonstrator:
(i) A recognized BDS degree included in the Schedule of the Dentists’ Act 1948 acquired from any Indian University or equivalent qualifications included in the schedule of the Dentists’ Act 1948. Provided that weightage shall be given to candidates possessing recognized Post graduate (MDS) degree or Diplomate in National Board included in the schedule of the Dentists’ Act 1948;
(ii) At least one year professional experience; and
(iii) Registration as Dental Surgeon in West Bengal State Dental Council or the D.C.I. Provided that persons registered with any other State Dental Council shall also be eligible subject to the condition that in the event of selection and appointment he shall have to register himself with the West Bengal Dental Council within six months of such appointment.

Ayurvedic Pharmacist:
(i) Passed 2 (two) years certificate/Diploma Course in Ayurvedic Pharmacy from a recognized institution.
(ii) Candidate must be registered as Ayurvedic Pharmacist under Paschim Banga Ayurved Parishad;
(iii) Spoken and written knowledge in Bengali.

Pay Scale:
INR
27000-109800/- Per Month

Age Limit: 21-36 Years.
