Educational Qualification: a) Medical qualifications included in the First Schedule, or the Second Schedule, or Part-II of the Third Schedule, to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 and registration as Medical Practitioner in West Bengal; b) Post-Graduate Degree or Diploma in Psychiatry recognized by the Medical Council of India.

Skills / Eligibility

Pay Scale: INR 56100 - 144300(Per Month)

Age Limit: Not less than 21 years and not more than 36 years as on 01.01.2022. The upper age limit shall be relaxable in respect of candidates belonging to the Scheduled Tribes or the Scheduled Castes or the Other Backward Classes (Category A and Category B) as per extant rules of the Government of West Bengal.

Selection Procedure

Candidates will be selected based on written test/personal interview/medical test/walkin interview. Once a candidate is selected they will be placed as Psychiatrist in PSCWB.
