Note: Wages are daily rates as per Delhi Minimum Wages; monthly figures are approximate based on 26 working days. No HRA or additional allowances are provided.

Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

• Data Entry Operator:
  • Graduation or equivalent from a recognized university
  • Typing speed of 30 words per minute in English
  • Desirable: Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word
  • Age: 21 to 42 years as of 1 July 2026
• Salesperson:
  • Class 12 pass
  • Minimum two years of experience in sales or retail
  • Age: 21 to 40 years as of 1 July 2026
• Helper:
  • Class 8 pass
  • Minimum one year of experience in sales or retail
  • Age: 21 to 45 years as of 1 July 2026

Selection Process & Screening Clause

The selection process includes:

1. Online registration through the ICSIL website and payment of Rs.590 registration fee at least one day before the walk-in.
2. Document scrutiny at the venue to verify age, qualification, and experience.
3. Shortlisting of eligible candidates.
4. Interview or interaction with the department.
5. Skill test or written test, if required for the post.
6. Final selection by the interview panel.

Screening Clause: Appearing for the walk-in interview does not guarantee selection. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview, interaction, or document verification. The decision of the interview panel is final.

Required Documents & Instructions for Candidates

Candidates must bring the following in original with one set of photocopies:

• Printout of ICSIL online registration details
• Proof of Rs.590 registration fee payment
• Original date-of-birth certificate (Matriculation or equivalent)
• All original educational qualification certificates and mark sheets
• Original experience certificates (if applicable)
• Two recent passport-size photographs
• Valid photo ID proof (Aadhaar, PAN, Voter ID)
• Class 10 certificate
• PAN card and Aadhaar card
• Proof of name change, if applicable

Important Instructions: Only candidates registered online through the ICSIL website are eligible. Incomplete applications will be rejected. The engagement is purely contractual with no claim to regular appointment. Deployment may be anywhere in Delhi/NCR with shift work. No additional conveyance allowance will be provided.

  Salary is based on daily wages as per Delhi Minimum Wages: Rs.937 per day for DEO, Rs.862 per day for Salesperson, and Rs.710 per day for Helper. No HRA or additional allowances are provided.
• Can I apply if I am not from Delhi?
  Yes, candidates from across India can apply, but deployment is in Delhi/NCR. No TA/DA is paid for travel.
