• Assistant General Manager (HR & Admin.): Graduation in any discipline plus MBA (HR) – Regular mode only.
• Deputy General Manager (Outsourcing): Graduation in any discipline plus MBA (HR) – Regular mode only.
• Deputy General Manager (Projects): Bachelor of Engineering (Full-Time) in IT / Computer Science / Electronics & Communication / Electrical Engineering / Electrical & Electronics / AMIE, OR MCA (Regular).
• Junior Accounts Officer (Finance & Accounts): M.Com / CA-Inter / ICMA-Inter.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

1. Shortlisting of Candidates: Based on thorough scrutiny of submitted documents and eligibility verification.
2. Interaction / Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interaction or interview conducted by ICSIL.

Note: No TA/DA will be paid to candidates for attending the interview or interaction session. Candidates must make their own travel and accommodation arrangements.
