Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification
- Eligibility: Only Retired Officers of Central Government, State Government, Autonomous Bodies, or PSU.
- Consultant (Administration):
- Bachelor's Degree from a recognized University.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in Administration, Personnel Management, Vigilance, etc.
- Experience in analogous post or Pay Level-11 and above.
- Consultant (Finance):
- Bachelor's Degree from a recognized University.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in Finance, Budget, Accounts, Audit, GFR, DFPR, PFMS.
- Experience in analogous post or Pay Level-8 and above.
Selection Process & Screening Clause
- Stage 1: Scrutiny and shortlisting by a Selection Committee of the Ministry.
- Stage 2: Interview (Physical or via Video Conferencing).
- TA/DA: TA/DA on official tour may be allowed as per entitlement at retirement. No TA/DA will be paid for appearing for the interview.
