Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
Candidates must possess one of the following qualifications:
- Option 1: Post Graduate Degree in Basic Science.
- Option 2: Graduate/Post Graduate Degree in Professional Courses selected through a national level examination conducted by Central Government Departments and their agencies (e.g., DST, DBT, DAE, DOS, DRDO, MoE, ICAR, ICMR, etc.).
- Option 3: Scholars selected through CSIR-UGC NET (including Lectureship) or GATE.
Minimum Experience: Candidates must have at least 2 years of research experience.
Desirable Qualifications
- Hands-on experience in next-generation sequencing/microarray-based genotyping.
- Experience in conducting GWAS/EWAS and genomic data analysis.
- Research experience in maternal and child health.
Age Limit & Relaxation
- Upper Age Limit: 35 years.
- Age Relaxation: Applicable as per Government of India norms (likely applicable for SC/ST/OBC/PwD candidates as per standard norms).
