Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

General Manager (Procurement)

• Essential Education: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or its equivalent (Full Time).
• Experience (Any one of the following):
  • Minimum 15 years of post-qualification experience for officers of Organized Group 'A' services.
  • Minimum 17 years of post-qualification experience at the Executive level (E1/L8 or above) in Central/State Govt./CPSEs/PSUs/Autonomous Bodies.
• Special Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in dealing with Bid process management in a project funded by ADB/World Bank etc., in rail-based projects.
• Current/Required Pay Scale: CDA Scale Rs. 1,23,100-2,15,900 (L13) or above OR IDA Scale Rs. 1,00,000-2,60,000 (E7) or above OR Last 3 years in Rs. 90,000-2,40,000 (E6).

Selection Process & Screening Clause

1. Shortlisting: Based on eligibility, candidates meeting the criteria will be called for Interview.
2. Document Verification: Original certificates must be carried for verification before the interview. Failure to produce documents will result in rejection.
3. Interview: The venue, date, and time will be informed in advance. Requests for changes will not be entertained.
4. Merit: Final merit list will be prepared based on interview score. Minimum qualifying marks are 60%.
