Note: Age relaxation of 5 years for SC/ST and 3 years for OBC is applicable. The number of vacancies is provisional and may increase or decrease based on actual institutional requirements.

Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

Teaching Faculty (Professor / Associate Professor / Assistant Professor)

• Qualifications as per NMC Medical Institutions (Qualifications of Faculty) Regulations, 2025 notified on 05.07.2025 (Gazette of India dated 30.06.2025).
• Candidates must fulfil NMC/NBE statutory requirements for the respective post and department.

Senior Residents

• Postgraduate degree in Doctor of Medicine (MD), Master of Surgery (MS), MDS, or Diplomate of National Board (DNB) in the concerned specialty.
• Must be registered with MCI/NMC or a State Medical Council.

Adjunct Faculty

• Postgraduate degree as prescribed or a recognized equivalent qualification in the respective subject.
• Senior Adjunct Faculty: Minimum 8 years of work experience in the concerned specialty after obtaining the PG degree.
• Junior Adjunct Faculty: Minimum 6 years of work experience in the concerned specialty after obtaining the PG degree.

Super Specialist (Case-to-Case Empanelment)

• MBBS and MD/MS/DNB from an MCI/NMC-recognized institution.
• DrNB/DM/MCh in the respective super specialty, or 3 years' equivalent experience in the concerned super specialty.
• Registration with NMC or a State Medical Council.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

• Selection Basis: Performance in a walk-in interview before the Selection Board at ESIC MCH, Alwar.
• Screening Test: For the post of Senior Resident in Dental, if the number of candidates exceeds 5 times the number of posts, a qualifying screening test will be conducted to shortlist candidates for the interview.
• Document Verification: Conducted between 09:00 AM and 10:30 AM on the scheduled interview date. Candidates must bring all original certificates and one set of self-attested photocopies.
• Weekly Rolling Process: This is a weekly rolling advertisement. If seats remain vacant after the scheduled dates, subsequent interviews will be conducted on Wednesday of every week. Candidates may submit applications by Tuesday of each week.
• Result: Displayed on the official website www.esic.gov.in.
• Immediate Joining: Selected candidates must join immediately or as per the schedule after receipt of the offer of appointment.
• TA/DA: No TA/DA will be paid to candidates for appearing in the walk-in interview.

Required Documents & Instructions for Candidates

• Original Matriculation (10th) Certificate or Birth Certificate as proof of date of birth.
• All original degree and consolidated mark sheets for prescribed qualifications.
• Medical Council Registration Certificate (State/MCI/NMC).
• Experience certificates on official letterhead (if applicable).
• Valid SC/ST/OBC/EWS category certificate in the prescribed Government of India format. OBC certificate must not be older than one year from the date of interview.
• No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the employer for candidates working in Central/State Government, Autonomous Bodies, or PSUs.
• Two recent passport-size photographs.
• One set of self-attested photocopies of all original documents.
• Valid Photo ID Proof (Aadhaar / Voter ID / PAN).
• Downloaded and duly filled prescribed application form (from www.esic.gov.in). Applications in any other format will be summarily rejected.

1. What are the interview dates for ESIC Alwar Recruitment 2026?

The walk-in interviews are scheduled on 30 September 2026 (Adjunct Faculty & Super Specialist document collection), 06 October 2026 (Teaching Faculty & Senior Residents – Clinical Departments), and 07 October 2026 (Pre-Clinical/Para-Clinical Departments & Dental Senior Residents). Subsequent weekly interviews will be held on Wednesdays if vacancies remain.

3. Is there any application fee?

Yes. Rs. 500/- for General, OBC, and EWS candidates. The fee is Nil for SC/ST, Female candidates, PH candidates, Ex-Servicemen, and ESIC regular employees. The fee is collected at the interview venue, not in advance.

4. Is this a permanent government job?

No. The engagement is contractual. Faculty contracts are initially for one year or until a regular incumbent joins, whichever is earlier. Senior Resident tenure is initially for one year, extendable up to three years depending on satisfactory performance. The contract is terminable with one month's notice by either side.

5. What is the salary for these posts?

Consolidated monthly remuneration: Professor – Rs. 2,42,112/-; Associate Professor – Rs. 1,57,056/-; Assistant Professor / Senior Resident – Rs. 1,35,744/-. Adjunct Faculty are paid on a daily basis: Rs. 6,000/day (Professor level) and Rs. 4,000/day (Associate Professor level). Super Specialists are empanelled under CGHS rates.

6. Can candidates from other states apply?

Yes. Candidates from across India who meet the prescribed qualifications and registration requirements can appear for the walk-in interview at the Alwar venue. No TA/DA will be paid for travel.
