Eligibility Criteria
Eligibility for Research Assistant/Nurse
- Essential Qualification:
- ANM (Auxiliary Nurse Midwife) / GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery) / BSc Nursing from a recognized institute with minimum 2 years of clinical or research experience.
- OR BPT/BSc in Life Sciences / Health Sciences / BHMS / BAMS or equivalent from a recognized university with minimum 2 years of clinical or research experience.
- Desirable Skills:
- Experience in clinical data collection, consenting, documentation, and patient follow-up in medical research projects.
- Trained in cervical cancer screening methods such as VIA-VILI.
- Prior experience in Pap smear collection or use of speculum.
- Basic knowledge of computers and ability to maintain both physical and electronic records.
- Proficiency in communication in Hindi, English, and Marathi (local language).
- Age Limit: Below 35 years on the date of the Interview.
