Educational Qualification: B.Sc, M.Sc, M.Phil/Ph.D
Applications are invited for the recruitment of the following man-powers to work in a DST-sponsored project entitled "Net ecosystem production and carbon dynamics of forest ecosystems in North-East India in relation to altitude and latitude gradient: Implications for carbon sink management" for a period of one year. The posts are purely temporary and co-terminus with the project.
1. Post Name: Research Associate
2. Fellowship amount (Rs): As per DST guidelines
3. Fellowship position: 01
4. Desirable qualification: Ph.D. or equivalent degree in Ecology and Environmental Science/Environmental Management/ Forestry/ Geography or related subject or having 3 years of research or development experience after M.Sc. with at least paper in SCI Journal. Desirable: Experience in the forest and soil research Himalayan ecosystems with evidence of quality publications.
