Eligibility Criteria
Eligibility for Junior Research Fellow (JRF)
- Essential Qualification: Postgraduate in Genetics & Plant Breeding, Plant Pathology, Agricultural Botany, Plant Biotechnology, or any other branch of Life Science with at least 55% marks. Must have qualified National Eligibility Tests (ICAR, CSIR, UGC-NET) and GATE.
- Desirable Qualification: Experience in working with plant Breeding, Genetics, Biochemistry, or Physiology.
- Age Limit: 28 years (Relaxation as per GOI rules).
Eligibility for Research Associate I (RA-I)
- Essential Qualification: Ph.D. in Genetics & Plant Breeding, Plant Pathology, Agricultural Botany, Plant Biotechnology, or a related discipline from a reputed University/Institution.
- Desirable Qualification: Proven track record of molecular biology, biotechnology techniques, or genomic pipelines, supported by two (02) research papers as a First Author or Equal First Author in SCI-indexed journals.
- Age Limit: 40 years (Relaxation as per GOI rules).
