Eligibility Criteria (In-Depth)

1. Educational Qualification (As on 02.03.2026)

  • Option 1: Graduate (Full-time) + 2 years Full-time MBA (HR/IR/Personnel) / MSW (HR) / equivalent PG degree in PM/IR/ILW with minimum 60% marks from a recognized Indian university/Institute.
  • Option 2: Graduate (Full-time) + 2 years Full-time PG Diploma in HR/IR/Personnel with minimum 60% marks from premier institutions like IIM, XLRI, XIMB, etc.
  • Desirable: A degree in Law.

2. Post-Qualification Experience

  • Total Experience: 18 years in large and reputed companies, including PSUs.
  • Senior Level Experience: Minimum 2 years at Senior level (HR) or heading the HR & Admin. Department.
  • Domain Expertise: Must have hands-on experience in Policy formulation, Manpower Planning, Recruitment, PMS, Industrial Relations, Labour Laws, Contract Labour, CSR, RTI, and Liaisoning with Govt. Agencies.

Current Pay Scale Requirement (for Govt/PSU candidates): Must be currently in Pay Level 13 (₹1,23,100-2,15,900/-) or equivalent IDA scale (₹90,000-2,40,000/-) or drawing CTC of ₹26 Lakhs+ in private sector (Turnover ₹1000 Cr+).

3. Age Limit & Relaxation (As on 02.03.2026)

  • Age Range: 45 to 52 Years.
  • Age Relaxation:
    • PwBD: 10 years (Max age 55 years).
    • Ex-Servicemen: 3 years + Service period (Max age 55 years).
  • Date of Birth Proof: Secondary School Certificate (SSC) or equivalent.

Bank Note Paper Mill India Private Limited (BNPMIPL) (www.bnpmindia.com) is a 50:50 Joint Venture Company promoted by Security Printing and Minting Corporation of India Ltd (SPMCIL), New Delhi (www.spmcil.com) and Bharatiya Reserve Bank Note Mudran Private Limited (BRBNMPL), Bangalore (www.brbnmpl.co.in).
