Eligibility for MD & CEO - BGSS

• Essential Qualification: Graduate in any discipline from a reputed and recognized university or institution.
• Preferred Qualification: MBA from a reputed institute.
• Experience: Minimum 20 years of experience in the BFSI, Shared Services, or allied regulated sectors with a strong track record of Senior leadership. Preferably 10 years in leadership roles within Shared Services Centres (SSCs) of Financial Services institutions, including 3 years’ experience as COO of a large BFSI organisation.
• Skills: Proven expertise in operations & service delivery, GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance), policy management, business planning & analysis, and client relationship management.
• Age Limit: Up to 60 years (Engagement valid till maximum age of 60 years).

Salary/Stipend

Salary will be commensurate with the candidate's qualifications, experience, overall suitability, last drawn salary, and market benchmarks.
