• Essential: Graduate from a recognized University/Institute with a good academic record. Preference for Post Graduate Diploma or Degree in Personnel Management/Human Resources Management or an MBA/PGDM in a related field. Preference also for those with an Engineering degree.
• Experience: The applicant should possess at least five years of cumulative experience/exposure during the last ten years in various aspects of HR, Personnel Management, or Industrial Relations in an organization of repute. Experience in defence, aerospace, and heavy engineering would be desirable.
• Employment Status: Must be employed in a regular capacity (not contractual/ad-hoc) in a Central Public Sector Enterprise (CPSE), Central Government (Group 'A' Officer level), a State Public Sector Enterprise (SPSE) or Private Sector company with an annual turnover of Rs. 5,000 crore or more.
