Educational Qualification:
Assistant Director-
Chemistry Candidates should have M.Sc. or M.Tech. in any one of the following subjects – Forensic Science, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmacology, or Toxicology.
Physics Candidates should have M.Sc. or M.Tech. in Forensic Science, Physics, or Mathematics; or B.Tech./B.E. in Computer Science, Electronics, or Instrumentation with one year of specialization.
Alternatively, B.Tech./B.E. in Computer Science, Instrumentation, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering with one year of specialization; or M.Sc./M.Tech. in Applied Physics.
Biology Candidates should have M.Sc. or M.Tech. in Forensic Science, Biology, Botany, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Genetics, or Molecular Biology.
Psychology Candidates should have M.Sc., M.Tech., or M.A. with specialization in Psychology or Clinical Psychology.

Senior Scientific Assistant-
Chemistry Candidates should have M.Sc. or M.Tech. in Forensic Science, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmacology, or Toxicology.
