Educational Qualification: B.Tech in Computer Science/ Information Technology with min 10 years post qualification experience in Information Technology Domain at Govt/ PSU/ Reputed MNC Organizational setup with a proven track record: Knowledge of IT Operations, Governance & Compliance, and Risk Management of Network Infrastructure, Server, Firewall and Networking Hub. Experience in Cyber Security, Data Privacy, prevention of Data Theft, Fishing, and Malware/ virus attacks. Hands-on experience of the maintenance of complex network systems including leased lines and ERP. Competence to lead a team in day-to-day troubleshooting of hardware/software-related issues.
