Educational Qualification: LLM, M.Sc, M.Phil/Ph.D
It is proposed to fill-up following position as per details below purely on temporary basis under the time bound Project running in this Institute:

3. Name of Project : XII plant scheme “Intellectual Property and Technology Management (IP & TM)” (Renamed as “National Agriculture Innovation Foundation (NAIF)”).
4. Place of Posting : ITMU, ICAR-CAZRI, Jodhpur
5. Emoluments : Rs. 49000/- per month + HRA (M.Sc. Degree Holder)/ Rs. 54000/- per month + HRA (Ph.D. Degree Holder) as per ICAR circular F.No Ag. Edn. 6/27/2014-HRD Dated: 30th July, 2019
6. Qualification : Master’s degree in any discipline of Agriculture/ Physics/ Chemistry/ Botany/ Zoology/ Post graduation in Law (with specialization in IPR), Business Management with Ist Division or 60% marks or equivalent overall grade point average with at least two years of research experience as evidenced from Fellowship / Associateship/ Training/Other engagement or Ph.D. degree in any discipline of Agriculture/ Physics/ Chemistry/Botany/ Zoology/Law (IPR)/Business Management.
7. Desirable Qualification :
(i) Diploma in IPR/Two years’ experience in IP management
(ii) Proficiency in Computer Operation
8. Duration : Up to 31st March, 2022 or completion of the scheme whichever is earlier.

The Central Arid Zone Research Institute (CAZRI) was established by the Government of India in 1952 in Jodhpur, Rajasthan. It was previously known as Desert Afforestation Research Station until it was renamed in 1959.
The objectives of the Institute are to find ways to stabilizing shifting sand dunes, establishing silvi pastoral and firewood plantations, planting windbreaks to reduce wind speed and subsequent erosion, rehabilitating degraded forests and starting afforestation of barren hill slopes.
