Applications are invited from eligible candidates for the post of Young Professional-II purely on contract basis in the All-India Network Project on Vertebrate Pest Management up to 31st March, 2023 at ICAR-CAZRI, Jodhpur.

8. Duration and other conditions : Upto 31st March 2023 (Purely Temporary)

Selection Procedure
1. After screening of applications, the eligible candidates will be informed by email or over phone and on website of ICAR-CAZRI (htpp://www.cazri.res.in) for further details regarding interview. Original documents of candidates will be verified on the date of interview.
2. Date of Interview : Intimated after screening

The Central Arid Zone Research Institute (CAZRI) was established by the Government of India in 1952 in Jodhpur, Rajasthan. It was previously known as Desert Afforestation Research Station until it was renamed in 1959.
The objectives of the Institute are to find ways to stabilizing shifting sand dunes, establishing silvi pastoral and firewood plantations, planting windbreaks to reduce wind speed and subsequent erosion, rehabilitating degraded forests and starting afforestation of barren hill slopes.
