Senior Research Fellowship (SRF)

Educational Qualification: Post-graduate degree in Soil Science / Soil Physics / Agricultural Chemistry / Agronomy / Environmental Science / Soil and Water Conservation Engineering / Computer Science / Geoinformatics / GIS and Remote Sensing / Agricultural System Management / Information technology/related subjects of the project with 4 years / 5 years of Bachelor’s degree. Candidates having a post-graduate degree in basic sciences with 3 years of Bachelor’s degree, and 2 years of Master’s degree should have NET qualification and 2 years of research experience in the related subject of the project as per rules and regulations of ICAR. Desirable qualifications Knowledge of statistical /mathematical data processing and computer programming (R/IDL/MatLab/Python) and work experience in the relevant field of the project subject area.

Pay Scale: INR As Per Rules Per Month

Age Limit: 35 years.

The candidates should appear with the following (i) Original certificate of educational qualifications and their attested copies (ii) Two testimonials of Character from two responsible gazetted officers (iii) relevant publications (iv) a brief of research work carried out during post graduations (v) No objection certificate from the employer in case of employment elsewhere (vi) Experience certificate in original if any.
