ICAR-CAZRI Recruitment 2026 – Apply Online for Young Professional I & II Posts
Applications are invited from eligible candidates for the position of Young Professional (YP-I & YP-II) on a contractual basis under an externally funded project at the Division of Livestock Production and Range Management, ICAR-Central Arid Zone Research Institute (CAZRI), Jodhpur. This is a temporary position strictly for the project duration ending December 2028.

The Central Arid Zone Research Institute (CAZRI) was established by the Government of India in 1952 in Jodhpur, Rajasthan. It was previously known as Desert Afforestation Research Station until it was renamed in 1959.
The objectives of the Institute are to find ways to stabilizing shifting sand dunes, establishing silvi pastoral and firewood plantations, planting windbreaks to reduce wind speed and subsequent erosion, rehabilitating degraded forests and starting afforestation of barren hill slopes.
